Goal Three of the Community Vision Plan is all about attracting and retaining new residents, and a piece of that goal focuses on our inner city. Dr. Kristin Dobay is passionate about rehabilitating homes in Hopkinsville’s inner city. He has invested his own money into historic homes that desperately needed some attention.
